a lazy day for the king

King has been pretty lazy since we got back last night. But that also means he is extra cuddly, so I'm not complaining. 

Spring Break

The best part about working at a school is getting spring break. Hodges and I decided to road trip to Isle of Palms, SC for a couple of days. We went on a bike ride, laid out in the sun and got very unfortunate sun burns and went on a nice little walking tour of downtown Charleston. We kind of really love Isle of Palms and if we had a million dollars to throw away we would most definitely buy a house there. Maybe some day. The only downside of the vacation was that we couldn't bring Kingsley with us. Fortunately for us, King got to stay with some friends of ours and have his own little vacation. Lucky dog. 

Inaugural Post

The other day, I realized I'm horrible at keeping in touch with people, even my mom! It got so bad that she emailed me and demanded more pictures of my sweet puppy Kingsley. It was then (and again on our recent vacation to South Carolina) that I decided it was time to blog. In all honesty, this is going to be one excellent outlet for all of my pictures of Kingsley, vacation and house projects. But seriously, look at my puppy, isn't he precious?
